・ U3 plate cylinder and Blanket cylinder bearers are worn out by 0.16mm from the standard.

Therefore, depending on the printed matter (solid, semi solid jobs), there may be a shock strip.

(Cause is because of insufficient maintenance. This only on this cylinders)

Needed action to rectify is to replace plate and impression cylinder it is estimated about Yen 25 Million and 10 working days.

When our people visited this press, 3rd unit was working properly.

If you used as 5 color, there is not problem at all.
